About the Role

We are looking for a collaborative and friendly Sales Development Manager who can work closely with our Store & Operations Manager to maximise sales through generated leads, cold calling, and overcoming objections to close deals. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, account management or business development experience, and the ability to drive sales and meet KPI requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the retail team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless sales processes
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Account management or business development experience (MUST)
  • Ability to drive sales and meet KPI requirements
  • Full driver's license
  • Strong business acumen and self-drive
  • Experience within the sales or furniture industry
