4WD Supacentre is a leading omni-channel retailer specialising in outdoor recreation and lifestyle products. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to oversee our operations in the North QLD region.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all store operations, staffing, and performance within the North QLD region
- Working closely with sales managers and national management to ensure maximum productivity during seasonal peaks and troughs
- Identifying local business opportunities to attract new customers and enhance profitability
- Submitting plans and proposals to support growth and profitability in the region
- Driving operational standards and excellence within the region
- Providing coaching and mentoring to managers at all levels
- Managing staffing movements, recruitment, and onboarding programs for all staff within the region
- Ensuring compliance with claims, hygiene, and standards across the region
- Implementing WHS policies and directives to protect staff health and safety
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role within outdoor, lifestyle, or retail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Sales and performance analytics skills
