The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced digital strategist to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As Digital Transformation Director, you will be responsible for elevating the functionality and performance of our partner websites, setting new benchmarks for industry excellence.

Your mission will be to craft and execute digital strategies that drive significant growth in organic site traffic and optimize conversion rates. Leveraging cutting-edge AI technology, you will enhance user interactions and elevate the online student experience.

As a leader, you will foster collaboration across diverse teams, integrating efforts with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure that digital enhancements align with our overarching business goals. Your expertise will guide the expansion and refinement of digital communication channels, including the introduction of innovative web chat and asynchronous messaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Transformation: Oversee the digital transformation of our partner websites, ensuring each initiative sets new standards for industry excellence.
  • Champion Commerciality: Foster a culture of commercial decision-making and question traditional approaches to drive the best possible outcomes for OES.
  • Drive Digital Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to boost organic site traffic, enhance conversion rates, and supercharge digital interfaces using AI.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Forge strong partnerships across internal teams and with external agencies to align digital enhancements with strategic goals.
  • Optimize and Expand: Regularly analyze performance data to drive continuous improvements across digital platforms and introduce refined digital communication channels.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned digital strategist with over 15 years of experience in web performance, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing website functionality, a keen understanding of SEO, UX principles, and Google Analytics, and a proven ability to drive business growth through digital innovation.
