Panthers Group and Pullman Sydney Penrith are seeking an experienced Front Office Operations Lead to join the Hotel team.

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing Front Office team to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless hotel operations.

The Role

  • You will report directly to the Assistant Front Office Manager and be responsible for overseeing hotel operations on a shift basis, focusing on leading the Front Office and Concierge/Valet teams.
  • As a natural leader, you will inspire your team to provide authentic, professional, innovative, and flexible service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions for Front Office employees, driving loyalty recognition, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.

Your Background

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Guest Services Manager or Duty Manager, preferably in a five-star environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving engagement and development initiatives.
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills.
