We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Pullman Sydney Penrith. As a key member of the Front Office and Concierge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

  • You will contribute to an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
  • The activation and recognition of loyalty will be taken to a new level at this property and driven through a whole-hotel approach.
About You
  • Prior Guest Services/reception experience is essential
  • Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
  • Accor experience is advantageous, but not a necessity

Estimated Salary

Around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits and bonuses.
