This is an exciting opportunity to work as a dedicated and skilled NDIS Plan Manager.

The role involves managing financial management processes efficiently, ensuring alignment with policies and procedures.

\Key Responsibilities:\
\

  • Signing up new clients via phone and managing client plan management funding\
  • Monitoring participant funding on a quarterly basis\
  • Processing accounts payable for NDIS bills\
  • Providing monthly statements\
  • Requesting and reviewing participant reports regularly\
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to NDIS participants and providers\
  • Admin support and miscellaneous duties as required\
