We are seeking a highly organized and energetic professional to join our team as a Junior Plan Manager. This role involves financially managing the plans of NDIS participants and supporting them throughout their journey.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, at least 1 year of experience in the NDIS industry, and strong administrative and data entry skills. Proficiency with Office 365 and CRM systems is also essential.

Responsibilities include ensuring NDIS plans are implemented as intended, managing paperwork related to purchases and payments for services, processing invoice payments, and overseeing financial aspects of NDIS plans. The successful candidate will also be required to liaise with providers and support coordinators, handle incoming calls, and verify data accuracy.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • At least 1 year of experience in the NDIS industry
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and CRM systems
