About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Professional to join our dynamic team based in Hope Island, Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity available either part-time or full-time for someone who takes ownership of a diverse client portfolio, provides strategic tax and business advice, and helps mentor junior staff within a collaborative office environment.

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for various entities
  • Providing strategic tax and business advisory services to clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Mentoring and reviewing work of junior accountants
  • Ensuring compliance with current tax legislation and industry standards
  • Contributing to process improvements and workflow efficiency

Key Requirements

  • CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
  • More than 5 years' experience in public practice accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Xero, XPM, and cloud-based platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and self-driven approach with strong time management and attention to detail
