About the Role:

  • Managing the current rent roll with minimal supervision
  • Overseeing maintenance
  • Lease renewals and vacates
  • Bond lodgment and disbursements
  • Monitoring rent arrears
  • No Trust accounting, Open Homes or Application processing
  • An assistant to conduct Routines

About You:

  • Living in Australia with an easy reach to Hope Island Gold Coast
  • Previous experience in Property Management (preferred)
  • Current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • The ability to learn and grow.
  • Self-motivation and a strong desire to achieve.

Structure and Salary:

  • You'll be required to work a standard 38 hr week. 9.00am – 5.00pm Mon to Thur, and 8.00am – 4.00pm Fri.
  • Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience
  • We will add Super to your salary and a car and phone is provided for out of office requirements
