Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next career move? We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The position is in Hope Island near public transport with free parking onsite.

**About the Role**:

- Managing the current rent roll with mínimal supervision
- Overseeing maintenance
- Lease renewals and vacates
- Bond lodgment and disbursements
- Monitoring rent arrears
- No Trust accounting, Open Homes or Application processing
- An assistant to conduct Routines

**About You**:

- Living in Australia with an easy reach to Hope Island Gold Coast
- Previous experience in Property Management (preferred)
- Current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Proficiency in property management software
- The ability to learn and grow.
- Self-motivation and a strong desire to achieve.

**Structure and Salary**:

- You’ll be required to work a standard 38 hr week. 9.00am - 5.00pm Mon to Thur, and 8.00am - 4.00pm Fri.
- Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience
- We will add Super to your salary and a car and phone is provided for out of office requirements
