As a Support Worker, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that works collaboratively to help children and young people build resilience, navigate complex emotions, and achieve their goals. You will work closely with clinical and casework staff to develop individualised plans and provide tailored support to meet each child's unique needs.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Diploma in Community Services or a related field, as well as relevant experience working with vulnerable populations. A current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and Driver's Licence are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised support plans for children and young people
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to help children and young people build resilience and confidence

  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Community Services or related field
