Senior Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of contracts, including managing head contracts and providing contractual advice.

About the Role:
  • Select appropriate downstream forms of agreement, negotiate, and draft final terms for downstream contracts, considering risk allocation and upstream obligations.
  • Prepare contractual correspondence and provide contractual advice.
  • Prepare and agree payment claims, notification, and pricing of variation claims/EOT claims, and manage registers.
  • Maintain registers for variations, claims, insurances, securities, etc.
  • Assess, certify, and process payment claims.
  • Forecast cost and revenue on a monthly basis.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is desirable but not necessary.
  • 5+ years' experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience working on multi-disciplinary construction projects.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
