BIM Manager

Are you an expert in building information modelling looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented BIM Manager to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across various project types and grow professionally with one of Australia's most awarded practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production of accurate and reliable project information models
  • Lead regular meetings to discuss progress, updates, and issues
  • Select and implement collaborative tools to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Support staff members in implementing BIM technology and best practices
  • Communicate project BIM strategies to stakeholders and ensure alignment
  • Implement BIM across all projects as required, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Ensure that changes in procedure and standards are communicated effectively to project teams
  • Manage and maintain project content, including linked models and coordinated models
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in architecture or construction
  • Extensive experience with Revit and 3D modeling software
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining high levels of professionalism
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills, with a track record of successful team management
  • Experience working in large firms with diverse project portfolios
