Senior Building Information Modelling Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Building Information Modelling (BIM) Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across various typologies and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of project information models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead progress meetings to discuss updates and issues with project stakeholders.
  • Select and implement collaboration tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist staff in the implementation of BIM technology and provide training as needed.
  • Inform project stakeholders on project BIM strategy and ensure that changes in procedure and standards are communicated to project teams.
  • Implement BIM across all projects as required and manage and maintain project content.
  • Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in architecture or construction.
  • Extensive experience with Revit and proficiency in 3D modelling software.
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, with proven leadership and mentorship experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams at large firms.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the design and IT sector, focusing on architecture, planning, and interior design.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM principles and practices, as well as excellent technical skills and problem-solving abilities. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
