Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and delivery of our next Gender Equality Action Plan and reporting
  • Undertake a review of the existing strategy and identification of critical focus areas
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to co-design impactful initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Diversity and Inclusion focused role

• Strong understanding of reporting requirements under the Gender Equality Act 2020 (Vic)

• Passion for creating equitable systems and a workplace where everyone can thrive
