In this role, you'll play a central part in enhancing and evolving our key systems, including Technology One, to deliver streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly solutions across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing Partnering with internal teams to identify and deliver system enhancements Supporting post-implementation success and continuous improvement of Technology One and other core platforms Leading system configuration, workflow automation, and reporting enhancements Ensuring data integrity, improved user experience, and business process alignment Collaborating with the Change Management Specialist to embed solutions and drive adoption Delivering smarter digital processes that improve outcomes for staff and the community About You You're a problem-solver at heart — someone who thrives on turning complex challenges into practical, user-friendly solutions.

You're confident working across teams, comfortable with systems, and driven by a desire to make things better.
