
Event Sales Development Manager

If so, we want YOU to join our team at Four Pillars Healesville as our next Events Sales Development Manager This is a permanent, 4 day per week role, based at our Four Pillars Distillery in Healesville.
What You'll Be Doing:
- The Four Pillars Experience: Organise and manage unique experiences such as Gin Making and CocktailWorkshops, Bi-Monthly Local Dinners, distillery tours, large table bookings, and private tasting experiences.
- Function Event Planning & Coordination: From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, you'll overseeevery detail to ensure our events are nothing short of spectacular.
- Client Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients, making their dreams come truewith your exceptional service.
- Budget Management: Keep events on track and within budget, showcasing your savvy financial skills.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of event staff, ensuring smooth operations and stellar customerservice.
- Compliance: Ensure all events meet relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Business Development: Identify and seize new business opportunities to grow our functions and eventsportfolio.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying trends and opportunities in the events industry.
- Networking: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads and partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals that showcase the unique offerings of Four Pillars Healesville.
