We are a dynamic team looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of Home Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail and excellent customer service skills.

About the Role

The Home Coordinator will be responsible for working collaboratively with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and online. This involves ensuring all Home Department activities meet safety standards and compliance requirements, as well as cross-training and supporting sales team members on Home Department products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales team to provide outstanding customer experience
  • Ensure Home Department meets safety and compliance requirements
  • Cross-train and support sales team members on Home Department products and services
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Proven retail experience
  • Broad knowledge of Small Appliances and Whitegoods
  • Excellent customer service skills
