Teaching Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Teacher to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a significant role in contributing to the school's educational outcomes and student performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leading classes of students and providing individual support as required;
  • Developing, implementing and evaluating curriculum programs within the school;
  • Carrying out teaching-related duties as determined by the School Principal;
  • Participating in activities such as parent/teacher meetings; staff meetings; camps and excursions;
  • Performing supervisory duties related to the classroom environment.
Key Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated expertise in relevant curriculum areas, including effective literacy and numeracy strategies. Experience in responding to diverse student learning needs.
  • Proven ability to plan and implement high-impact teaching approaches, guided by how students learn, and evaluate the impact of teaching programs on student growth.
  • Strong skills in monitoring and assessing student learning, using data to inform teaching practice and providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the broader community.
  • Consistent demonstration of Department values, with a commitment to ongoing professional learning to enhance teaching quality.
