Commercial Banking Expertise

We seek a highly skilled Commercial Banking professional to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for a portfolio of small businesses, focusing on Agribusiness & Diversified customers.
  • Built lasting relationships with business partners to create and action new business opportunities, supporting our customers' success.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, including Salesforce opportunities, national leads, and credit analysis to provide holistic banking solutions.
  • Coach and develop less experienced bankers within the team, promoting great behaviours across the broader business.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for customer service and experience in a lending role is essential.
  • Background in Agriculture or Agribusiness (preferred) and strong financial/business acumen are highly valued.
  • Problem-solving, time management, critical thinking, and negotiation skills are key attributes.
