About the Role:
- The Four Pillars Experience: Organize and execute unforgettable experiences such as Gin Making and Cocktail Workshops, distillery tours, large table bookings, and private tasting experiences.
- Function Event Planning & Coordination: Ensure seamless event execution from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.
- Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication skills.
- Budget Management: Maintain financial control over events while showcasing your savvy skills and ability to prioritize resources.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of event staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all events meet relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to expand our functions and events portfolio.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
