Learning and Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning, capability-building, and supporting teams to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

In this role, you will bring global learning programs to life across Australia and New Zealand — tailoring content, delivering engaging sessions, and creating impactful development experiences for our teams.

  • Facilitate effective in-person and virtual training sessions across all levels of the organisation.
  • Deliver onboarding and induction programs for Retail Managers and Support Office employees.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in key areas (e.g., leadership development, compliance, systems training, etc.).

You will partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and global colleagues to identify learning needs and deliver solutions across a range of formats, from in-person workshops to digital learning.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, this role is responsible for but not limited to: Training Facilitation & Delivery, Content Design & Development, Stakeholder Engagement & Needs Analysis, Needs Analysis and Evaluation, and Learning Technology and Systems.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV Training & Assessment, highly regarded.
  • Training delivery experience within Retail or like industry.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience delivering in-person training.
  • Experience designing eLearning and blended learning solutions.
