Job Title: Sales And Credit Quality Coach

We are seeking an experienced Credit Quality Specialist to drive business performance and upskill sales teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance the overall performance of the team.

  • Design and deliver high-quality training sessions to onboard and upskill employees in both sales and credit capabilities.
  • Analyze key data points and monitor team performance to identify trends and training requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with managers to assess business needs, evaluate employee post-training performance, and gather feedback to refine training programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

The successful candidate will possess strong coaching and training skills, experience in facilitation, designing training materials and programs, and building capability across sales teams.

In addition, you will have action-oriented decision-making skills, strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, and the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively.
