The role is located within the Operations team, overseeing export requirements for the business. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for logistics and would thrive in a small yet cohesive team environment.

The specific responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with export customers, processing documentation, and coordinating bookings with customers, transport, and shipping.
  • Coordinating with overseas offices and agents.
  • Updating customers on any issues that may occur.
  • Managing situations that arise with customers using a common sense approach.
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills and meeting deadlines.

Experience with international shipping documentation and incoterms is essential. Individuals with a few years' experience in International Logistics will be considered.
