**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Logistics Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Order Fulfillment: Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring seamless delivery of products.
  • Export Documentation: Ensure accurate invoicing and processing of outbound shipments, including the application of relevant documentation.
  • Logistics Coordination: Handle air/ocean export related shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders, and liaise with warehouse staff to ensure correct stock picking.
  • Customer Communication: Update customers on shipment information, providing clear and transparent updates throughout the process.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years experience in customer service/export administration.
  • Detailed knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Mandarin (essential for communication with clients).

**Work Arrangements:**

This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Full working rights in Australia are required.
