Export Logistics Coordinator

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an Export Logistics Coordinator to manage export documentation and coordinate with shipping lines for logistics support. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage export documentation and coordinate with shipping lines for logistics support
  • Coordinate with customers on overdue invoices and receivables
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Act as the point of contact for customer accounts and invoicing inquiries

 

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an export-related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
