Global Export Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Global Export Logistics Specialist to manage export logistics operations and ensure efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and arranging export bookings for clients
  • Processing job registrations, lodging EDNs & PRAs, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Preparing and issuing invoices to customers for services rendered
  • Liaising with interstate and overseas offices and agents to finalize shipments
  • Closing job files and maintaining accurate records of transactions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in export logistics within the Australian market
  • Familiarity with Cargowise is highly beneficial
  • Able to handle high work volumes and adapt quickly to new procedures
  • Possess full working rights in Australia
  • Strong professional communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively
