Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled professional to coordinate the Indigenous Initiatives Project, curating, preserving and providing access to materials related to Indigenous cultures, histories, languages and research. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing materials related to Indigenous cultures, histories, languages and contemporary issues in line with Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property principles.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Indigenous Initiatives Project to curate, preserve and provide access to materials relating to Indigenous cultures, histories, languages and research.
- Identify and manage materials related to Indigenous cultures, histories, languages, and contemporary issues in line with Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property principles.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to connect with communities across and outside our organization to progress the aims of our strategic plans.
Requirements
- Required: a degree qualification in a relevant field with extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
