Banking Proposition Manager
Description:The Banking Proposition Manager is a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering compelling value propositions across key priority segments in Business and Consumer everyday transactional and savings banking.
This position requires a leader who can spearhead a squad that designs and develops market-leading customer propositions and product offerings to win in targeted/priority segments.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis, identify emerging competitors and propositions, and design concepts that meet strategic business and customer needs.
- Work with research chapter to test, iterate, and improve on new product and service designs, ensuring they are viable, feasible, and desirable.
- Evaluate initiatives using the DVF framework (Desirable, Viable, Feasible) and prioritise ideas that meet strategic business and customer needs.
- Develop commercialisation approach and business case including sizing of the opportunity identification of measures of success, benefits drivers, and target state customer experience for priority segments and product offerings covering all channels and touchpoints.
