About the Role

Total Tools is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team in Ballarat. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including day-to-day tasks, data processing, and document management.
  • Manage our banking and financial transactions, including daily banking and accounts payable.
  • Process invoices and issue payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage our payroll and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Maintain an effective filing system and manage multiple email accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to internal and external customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration, accounts, and payroll.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and data management.
  • High accuracy of data entry and data management.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a team player.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
