Key Responsibilities

You will support clients and care workers who assist them day to day as a Service Team Leader in our Home Care team.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

  • Mentor staff members to ensure they feel confident and equipped in their roles.
  • Coordinate services and manage care plans effectively.
  • Respond to client needs and be a go-to support for your team.
  • Work with families and health providers to keep things running smoothly.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team.

They should also have experience in a similar role or industry, with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
