About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and performance of our mobile equipment fleet. In this key leadership role, you will ensure equipment is maintained to the highest mechanical standards, maximising availability and efficiency while upholding our commitment to safety and excellence.

The successful candidate will lead a skilled maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment availability aligned with project timelines, oversee on-site service contracts, and drive high standards in equipment health, reliability, and asset performance.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A nationally recognised trade qualification.
  • Mining Supervisor Certifications – G1, G8, G9 and G2.
  • Standard 11 Competency.
  • At least 5 years' experience managing heavy equipment maintenance in both workshop and field environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment commonly used in mining operations.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and understand operational needs.
  • Solid understanding of HSET standards within QLD mining.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen aligned with project goals.
