About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to craft, curate, and develop engaging content for technical face-to-face and e-learning training programs. This will involve working closely with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality content that aligns with the company's brand guidelines.

This role requires creating tailored solutions to meet the learning needs of internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Design and develop effective learning interventions, including face-to-face training materials and facilitator guides, using PowerPoint, video, and e-learning modules.
  • Work collaboratively with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to apply a consistent approach.
  • Develop metrics to measure learning uptake and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with project groups to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:
