The primary objective of this role is to create high-quality, engaging online curricula that meet rigorous educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training and guidance to academic teams on best practices for designing and delivering online learning materials.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on e-learning resources to ensure they align with institutional and regulatory requirements.
  • Publish learning content to the Learning Management System (LMS) in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with project plans and deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in the creation and publishing of instructional resources to enhance efficiency.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in education or instructional design.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within an educational environment.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and tools such as Adobe Captivate and Mahara.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
