Learning Experience Developer
We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Developer to partner with our team in creating engaging and impactful e-learning content. This is an exciting opportunity to design and develop interactive e-learning modules that cater to the needs of diverse workforces.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive e-learning modules using multimedia elements to engage learners.
- Create mobile-friendly e-learning content that is easily accessible on phones and tablets, catering to deskless workers.
- Apply instructional design principles to structure and sequence learning content effectively, promoting learner comprehension and retention.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of e-learning solutions, making data-driven improvements to enhance learner outcomes.
- Skill Development Specialist
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Learning Experience Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful e-learning projects.
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Suite) to create engaging and interactive content.
- Familiarity with mobile learning strategies and designing content for mobile devices to ensure optimal user experience.
- Experience in creating learning designs for a diverse workforce, including deskless/field workers.
