Learning Content Manager Role

This position involves designing and implementing a content strategy aligned with learning objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing multi-modal learning content (written, video, interactive)
  • Ensuring content accessibility and compliance with standards
  • Project management from conception to deployment
  • Establishing and maintaining a content calendar and priorities

Desirable qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field, experience with multimedia content creation tools, knowledge of adult learning principles, and experience in a warehouse/logistics environment. Project management certification is also beneficial.
