About this role, we are seeking an experienced Learning Specialist to design and develop technical digital content. In this fast-paced position, your key focus will be on e-learning project implementation for a national branch network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify learning needs
  • Apply instructional design methodologies to create targeted e-Learning content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and review online content
  • Create supporting collateral in various formats to enhance training content

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated instructional design skills including audience analysis and scope development
  • Experience in developing training modules using Articulate 360
  • Understanding of basic User Experience (UX) concepts and ability to communicate user flows
  • Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
