**About the role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our innovative team in the role of Learning Content Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful deployment of our eLearning content to our course catalogue. This includes tasks such as the layout and build of course content, managing content development workflow and schedules, and managing content in our course builder software.

**Your responsibilities will be to**:

- Layout, content build, and deployment of e-learning courseware using our Learner Management System course builder (CMS) software
- Work closely with our design and content production team to ensure that content is accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
- Managing content workflows and schedules to ensure that content is delivered on time and according to quality standards
- Ensuring that all Academy eLearning content is properly tagged and optimized for search and other discovery tools
- Develop and maintaining course builder (CMS) software documentation and training materials for content creators and editors

**Skills required**:

- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across content
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Basic design and visual skills
- Highly organized and able to multi-task

**Experience**:

- 1-2 year working in eLearning, publishing, media, or related industry

**Desired**:

- Experience with CMS editor tools
- MS Word skills
- Adobe suite skills

**Qualifications (Desired)**:

- Degree or diploma with a specialization in Arts, English literature, Media and Communication, or similar
