We are currently sourcing for a Digital Learning Specialist, to design and develop digital learning, specifically for life insurance customer service and operational teams. This role is part of our effort to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced (and creative) learning content developer who loves design and development of e-learning material using video creation, editing and capturing tools.

**To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:**

- Proven experience designing effective e-learning content
- Extensive expertise in digital based learning products and tools
- Highly experienced in Training Needs Analysis
- Ability to work with Project, Change and Business Unit Leaders to determine best delivery methods
- Some experience working with and managing vendors
