
Meeting Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate day-to-day operations of our meeting and conference spaces.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to all guests and members, including onboarding, mail management, guest management, and telephone answering.
To succeed in this position, you will need to be vibrant and energetic with a positive attitude, have a strong background in hospitality, and possess excellent communication skills.
You will also be responsible for coordinating daily meeting room bookings, welcoming guests, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the booking.
Key responsibilities include operating the booking calendar, attending to room preparation, troubleshooting AV and teleconferencing issues, and maximizing upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Event and hospitality experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Strong AV and tech troubleshooting capabilities
- Detailed cleaning abilities
- Current RSA certification
