We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employment Law Specialist to join our Sydney Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a senior associate or special counsel to work with Partners Saul Harben, Amanda Lyras and Cynthia Elachi on a permanent, full time basis.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on all aspects of industrial relations, employment, discrimination, WHS, whistleblowing, modern slavery, including litigation across various Courts and Tribunals.
- Manage a robust and diverse workload, supervise and mentor junior staff, and develop business development initiatives.
- At least 8 years PQE with demonstrated experience in a senior associate/special counsel role.
- Strong experience working across a range of employment law and industrial relations matters, gained within a reputable commercial law firm.
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
- A high degree of initiative, dedication, and commitment to client service.
