Employment Law Specialist

This is a senior role for a legal expert in employment law and industrial relations.
About the Job:- Deliver high-quality strategic legal advice with strong member service focus.
- Manage enterprise bargaining processes, dispute resolution, litigation, and other employment matters.
- Provide critical legal counsel to internal teams and executive management, communicating complex legal issues effectively.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalise key commercial agreements and contracts.
- Prepare detailed submissions and reports for regulatory bodies as required.
- A Bachelor of Laws degree and current unrestricted practising certificate are essential.
- Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience preferably within unions or membership organisations.
- Strong ability to manage complex legal processes and multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in research, negotiation, and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Proactive approach with excellent time management and organisational skills.
