About the Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to support employees and leadership teams across multiple sites in Queensland, driving positive outcomes in a mission-led environment.

  • Deliver strategic and operational solutions that align with organisational goals.
  • Provide trusted advice on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, and complex investigations.
  • Support business units through periods of change, such as restructures, award interpretation, and enterprise agreement implementation.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors to support workforce planning, hiring strategies, and onboarding practices.
  • Contribute to salary benchmarking, remuneration advice, and benefits program development.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects and systems improvements, including HRIS optimisation.
  • Partner with leadership teams to identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives.
About You
  • 3–5 years' experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partnering role, ideally in a medium to large multi-site organisation.
  • Degree-qualified in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Australian HR and Industrial Relations legislation.
  • Experience interpreting multiple modern awards and working with various employment instruments.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and consultation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Capable of managing competing priorities with a calm and solutions-focused approach.
  • A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
