Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and services across a range of complex employee and industrial relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong partnerships with business areas to understand operational needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Provide high-level evidence-based advice on employee relations, case management, performance issues, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Interpret and apply relevant legislation, directives, and policies.
  • Manage and contribute to strategic people projects and the development/review of HR policies and procedures.
  • Represent the organization in external forums and prepare documentation for commissions and tribunals.
  • Mentor others on the team and contribute to an inclusive and safe workplace culture.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing complex and sensitive HR matters with sound judgement and discretion.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Knowledge of employment and industrial relations in the public sector.
