Client Service Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our company. This role involves providing comprehensive support and guidance to clients, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes, and working collaboratively with other teams to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with regular inquiries and updates on their superannuation funds;
  • Provide education and information related to superannuation and its regulations;
  • Work closely with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure client feedback is delivered effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the superannuation industry, with a strong understanding of superannuation regulations and laws;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner;
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
