Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Superannuation Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to be the first point of contact to a large and valued client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone-based and virtual support to advisers regarding queries surrounding superannuation products
  • Build long term relationships with Advisers
  • Handle all inbound queries from Advisers
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries within a timely manner
  • Identify trends in queries and recommend solutions
  • Hold an in-depth understanding on the super product and platform
  • Identify areas for improvement across the service process
  • Visit advice firms to build long term relationships

Requirements:

  • Prior relevant experience within a financial planning or superannuation client services role
  • Relevant university degree desirable
  • RG 146 or DFP is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Solid phone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
