Member Connections Specialist Job Description

Job Responsibilities

As a Member Connections Specialist, you will provide general advice and support to members on their superannuation funds through outbound enquiries and online consultation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide advisory services to fund members via phone and online channels.
  • Oversee resolution of member and employer issues and concerns.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and AFSL regulations.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to stakeholder liaison.
  • Engage in ongoing training and research to stay updated on relevant legislative, risk, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need at least one year of experience working in customer service and administration processes within the superannuation industry. Additionally, you should possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are also essential, as well as strong attention to detail.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • RG 146 certification (preferred).
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
