Key responsibilities include:
1. Building a relationship with the member by checking in with them at least once a month through phone calls, emails, or video conferencing.
2. Responding to their emails and newsletters in a meaningful way.
3. Sharing information with the Regional Membercare coordinator as needed, including any concerns or updates.
4. Praying for the member and providing encouragement through scripture or emails.

Qualifications required include:
1. A love for people who serve the Lord.
2. A desire to support Bible translation efforts by being involved in this role.
3. Personal faith in Jesus Christ.
4. Reliability and commitment to supporting other believers.

Training will be provided through orientation workshops held at our National Centre. This is a home-assigned role within the Personnel Department, allowing for remote work opportunities. Wycliffe members can attest to the joy of partnership and God's provision.
