We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with our customers to resolve issues and ensure their long-term success.
">The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
">Key Responsibilities- Maintain regular communication with nominated accounts to retain our customer base.
- Guide customers throughout their journey and facilitate access to resources offered.
- Identify inefficiencies between customers and software workflows, and assist with updates on software additions.
- Drive customer satisfaction through support and account-based activities.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Proactive and collaborative attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
