Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients, building strong relationships with them, and collaborating with internal departments to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot problems. They will also be able to develop new and existing relationships with clients, resolve customer issues, and understand ticketing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to discuss event requirements and timelines
  • Deliver accurate event builds and provide timely reporting and insights
  • Manage ticketing operations on event days, including on-site testing and client support
  • Collaborate with internal and external leads to ensure marketing and promotional strategies are implemented effectively
  • Work with the State Manager and team to innovate and provide value-added services to clients
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Be able to resolve customer issues in a helpful manner
  • Understand or be able to learn ticketing systems and processes
